Did the on-site PAL-E training facilitated by scrumfacilitators. Wonderfull experience with loads of techniques waiting to be used in practice. Just days after following the training we found ourselves using the techniques and good practices from this training in our work enviroment.

I recently had the privilege of attending the PSM II training, and WOW, what a journey! 🌟 The trainers, Sjoerd and Ziryan, brought the material to life with their dynamic and engaging approach. The energy and passion were infectious, keeping us hooked from start to finish. What set this training apart was the perfect blend of theory and hands-on activities. It wasn't just a course; it was an interactive experience that challenged and inspired me. A massive shoutout to the Trainers for their expertise and unwavering support and their commitment to our understanding and success was palpable. Big thanks to the entire class too! Learning alongside such a diverse and motivated group added immense value. We laughed, learned, and faced challenges together—truly a collaborative experience.

Loads of interactive elements and learning through doing. Quite some facilitation techniques SM could use. Small group (11 people) and almost all exercises were in smaller groups giving enough time for everybody to express themselves. Why not 5? We didn't talk a lot about the training relationship to PSM II and what you can expect from the questions for the certificate. We touched it only briefly regarding practical details. Overall, if you don't want PPT presentations and want interactive sessions with your chance to shape it, I can recommend Scrum Facilitators!

This Scrum Master course exceeded my expectations. The trainers' humility, adaptability, and the interactive learning approach created a positive and enriching experience. I feel well-prepared to apply Scrum principles in my professional role, and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a comprehensive and enjoyable learning journey.

Trainers created a great environment enabling an optimal learning experience for everyone. Not only knowledge was leveraged, but also supported with examples and consolidated through problem-based methods and critical thinking exercises. Will definitely recommend!

Er werden goede handvatten aangereikt om zelf met de theorie aan de slag te gaan. Er werden goede discussies gevoerd en de trainers speelde flexibel in op de behoeftes.

The 2 days class of Professional Scrum Master class in Singapore with the Scrum Facilitators was awesome and I really liked the way the class was conducted as full of mini workshop & discussions and no slides at all which made the class to be more interactive and fun & easy to learn and adopt. Overall it was 2 days of good learning and is a good start for Scrum Master journey !!

The SCRUM training was comprehensive, engaging and provided me with valuable insights into the Scrum framework. Instructors Ziryan, Hong and Sanjay were very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the training sessions enjoyable and engaging. The training was also very interactive, with lots of group activities and discussions. This not only made the training sessions more enjoyable but also helped me to learn from my peers and gain different perspectives on the topic. The training can be further enhanced if we were given the opportunity to work on a project in our industry trade using the Scrum framework. This will allow me to see how Scrum can be used to manage real-life projects effectively and efficiently. Overall, I would highly recommend Scrum training to anyone who is interested in learning about Agile project management. It was a positive and valuable experience that I will take with me throughout my career.

We are used to trainings conducted using only PPT. This was different & was very participative.

Jasper and Ziryan are great trainers and coaches with loads of experience. I often get bored by al the boring theoretical models, but these gents know how to turn things alive. I don't think more interaction is even possible. Great job and thank you for the course!

I had fun in a great environment and with good facilitation. Learned a few things had nice conversations with fellow students. It was a good experience with no low energy.

Enjoyable and valuable training, focusing on the practical side of EBM, learning about the KVA's by going through the motions and focusing on theory later in the training. It gave me a solid foundation towards understanding EBM and achieving the certification.

Scrum isn't that hard to understand, but at the beginning you need to have a new mindset for it. The guys from scrum-facilitators uses, besides slides, posters, exercise-cards a simple but very effective way of showing you, that new mindset. They also use LEGO! It looks funny at the beginning, "Are we going to build something with LEGO?" But it gives you the correct mindset during that complete learning process of scrum. Thanks for the Scrum class!

A valuable training and huge recommendation! Ziryan, Chee-Hong and Swen-Peter are great and enthusiastic instructors. We were introduced to Scrum by building cities with Lego, which was a fun and interactive way to apply what we were learning. Thanks a lot!

I have attended 2-day PSM II training (May 20-21, 2021) delivered by the amazing team of Scrum Facilitators (Chee-Hong Hsia, Ziryan Salayi and Swen-Peter Ekkebus). The experience, the energy exchange and simply knowledge that they shared with us was truly great! The training was highly interactive, well-structured and engaging. It is a interactive course, where you really get to create and interact with fellow students. It gives you the fundament from which you can start to grow and continue to learn. Great excersizes, loats of information and complementary sitelinks. Trainers Ziryan and Hong, both super experienced, take time and are willing to help you to make that next step.
