Agile Transformation with Professional Scrum

Intralinks Scrum Reboot This Time With The Values
In their first attempt at attaining agility, Intralinks took a well-intentioned “mechanical” implementation of Scrum, but failed to deliver against their goal of greater agility. So, they took on a “Scrum Reboot” and succeeded by augmenting the mechanics of Scrum with the fundamental idea of inspection and adaptation and the Scrum Values.

While Parmenion already was using Agile, they realized they needed to work in a way that would maximize value delivery and decided to work with PST Simon Reindl to help them achieve a growth mindset, embrace the Scrum Values and become more outcome oriented.
Omega Software Uses Scrum to Implement Scrum and to Drive its Agile Transformation
This case study covers how Omega Software shifted from a Waterfall approach to Scrum by using Scrum in order to implement it. To do so they worked with Agilist IT. In addition to implementing Scrum they also complemented Scrum with an Integrated DevOps platform and began handling production issues in paralell with support work.
