Not Your Typical Training
I truly believed Hong, our trainer, has ruined future training for me. It was a very engaging training for the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I Certification over the span of two days, full of discussions and activities with zero presentation slides, which is a very unique way to deliver a technical training. This should be a benchmark on how training can be conducted for other topics.

A Training That Gets You Sprint-Ready!
The training was a great mix of theory and hands-on practice. Hong, our trainer, kept things very engaging and made sure everyone could follow along, regardless of their prior experience with Scrum. The sessions were well-structured, with plenty of room for questions and discussion. I especially appreciated Hong's real-world examples and experiences. Overall, it was a valuable experience and a solid step toward obtaining the certification.

Engaging and Practical Scrum Training Experience at Scrumfacilitators.com
I recently attended a two-day training at Scrumfacilitators.com and it was a fantastic experience! Trainers Bas and Cheehong prepared us for the PSM-1 exam in an interactive and engaging way. What I especially appreciated was that there were no boring PowerPoint presentations, which was really refreshing. The training was practical and enjoyable, and it prepared me well for the exam. A lesson in Scrum and in 'how to provide a great learning experience'
Apart from being great people and providing a great environment, especially the way of teaching stands out. There is continuous interaction going on, a lot of practical assignments which makes you think, talk and discuss the subjects. This helps a lot to internalise the information and not only understand the concepts, but also be able to apply it to the practical world.

Energetic, fun and inspirational training!
I was following the PSPO advanced training at the Scrum Facilitators.
The awesome location and hospitality makes you feel relaxed, creative and energised for the whole two training days. Hong and Kai were able to teach the theory in a way that makes it stick in a fun way. No powerpoint, just flip overs and mini workshops.
The practical experience they shared was inspirational.

Creative Trainers with full of energy !!!
First of all, trainers were very positive, creative and were transferring their positive energy to all of us regularly. It was a joy to be there these two days as we had a good training, listened to important cases based on experiences of each other and for me it was very effective. I also liked the place, coffee breaks, lunch and how they managed all this with great enthusiasm.

Great and well facilitation
The class was well facilitated with interactive learning through group activities and discussion. Instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. Scrum theory was introduced, it may be good to have practicum to enhance learning on scrum implementation e.g. exercise to create concise and purposeful scrum artifacts.

Very pleasant and interactive experience
It was easy and pleasant to follow the scrum classes of Hong and Lucas! Thanks to their way of teaching and tips, I didn't need to read the scrum guide that often to pass the PSM 1 exam today.

Professional Scrum Master class in Singapore
The 2 days class of Professional Scrum Master class in Singapore with the Scrum Facilitators was awesome and I really liked the way the class was conducted as full of mini workshop & discussions and no slides at all which made the class to be more interactive and fun & easy to learn and adopt. Overall it was 2 days of good learning and is a good start for Scrum Master journey !!

Fantastic SCRUM Training
The SCRUM training was comprehensive, engaging and provided me with valuable insights into the Scrum framework.
Instructors Ziryan, Hong and Sanjay were very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the training sessions enjoyable and engaging.
The training was also very interactive, with lots of group activities and discussions. This not only made the training sessions more enjoyable but also helped me to learn from my peers and gain different perspectives on the topic.
The training can be further enhanced if we were given the opportunity to work on a project in our industry trade using the Scrum framework. This will allow me to see how Scrum can be used to manage real-life projects effectively and efficiently.
Overall, I would highly recommend Scrum training to anyone who is interested in learning about Agile project management. It was a positive and valuable experience that I will take with me throughout my career.

De 2 daagse scrum training voor PSM 1 heb ik gevold bij de Scrum Facilitators. Doordat de training interactief is en er veel workshops worden gegeven wordt de theorie met de praktijk verbonden. Dit is een waardevolle toevoeging van de training.
Tevens wordt je door de trainers Hong en Jenny goed voorbereid op het examen. Het waren 2 leuke en leerzame dagen.

Interactive training by Hong and Jenny
Got a 2-day PSM I training by Hong and Jenny. Really enjoyed their interactive way of teaching as opposed to standardized presentations. For me this way of teaching encourages a 'scrum' mindset, rather than simply memorize all the rules / guidelines. This made learning for the exam a bit more difficult, but I think in the long run is more beneficial.

Een hele interactieve Scrum training met veel post-its!
Hong & Jenny hebben een super leuke en interactieve Scrum training in elkaar gezet. De tijd voelt snel te gaan, pas aan het eind merk je hoeveel stof ze hebben besproken, omdat je toch op een leuke manier heel veel leert. In de training is er altijd de mogelijkheid om vragen te stellen. Zelfs achteraf, wanneer je gaat oefenen voor de examen, zijn ze super open en behulpzaam. Tip: neem wel de scrum guide even goed door, als je nooit eerder met Scrum hebt gewerkt.

The training organized by Hong Chee…
The training organized by Hong Chee Hsia and Jenny Yung was a very fun, interactive and instructive training. The facilitators made sure the training stayed interesting the whole time. They shared a lot of experiences with their encounters of practicing scrum in de real business world. There were a lot of examples of Scrum best practices but also examples were Scrum was used poorly, this made the difference between best practices and poor use of the framework quite clear. Also prepared us well for the exam and let us fully think within a Scrum mindset to fully understand the ins and outs of the scrum Framework.
In short: A job well done by the facilitators of the training and they deserve a big recommendation to every one who wants to get familiar with Scrum.

Personally the way of teaching is really important.
You can always have a powerpoint slide and teach people the things that they have to know. But by playing random games and challenging each other with questions. you wont be learning only but also having fun and get know things even better.

Great training!
Scrum isn't that hard to understand, but at the beginning you need to have a new mindset for it. The guys from scrum-facilitators uses, besides slides, posters, exercise-cards a simple but very effective way of showing you, that new mindset. They also use LEGO! It looks funny at the beginning, "Are we going to build something with LEGO?" But it gives you the correct mindset during that complete learning process of scrum. Thanks for the Scrum class!

Dynamic Duo
It was a nice training that Jasper and Hong provided for us. Very interactive and making good use of Zoom and Mural. If you did your preparations up front and read a lot about Kanban and Scrum you will not hear a lot of new stuff but discussing how things will work in practise is definitely useful.

Great PSMII training
I really liked the class PSMII with Scrum Facilitators. Jasper and Chee-Hong did a great job facilitating the training online. A lot was discussed in breakout rooms, where we were able to discuss all kinds of agile topics. Because of the training, I really understood the essence of a professional scrumaster, so the exam was'nt too hard for me in the end!

A fantastic PSPO 2 day course!
I really enjoyed the 2-day course and found it a really beneficial couple of days.
Steve and Ziryan were fantastic trainers, providing a wealth of experience and knowledge.
I was concerned before the course, it would be just an extended session looking at how to pass the certification and was pleasantly surprised with how to course was interactive and gave actual tools and techniques to use in the future.
I loved the multi-culture feel of the group and spending time with people situated in different countries, making some new connections and friends for the future.

A fantastic course, interactive and fun. I particularly loved having a mix of Dutch and British attendees led by Scrum Facilitators and Steve Trapps. The course was good value for money and the use of Mural and Zoom with remote rooms in addition to the format and planning was excellent. Great bunch of people too.

Leerzaam en nuttig!
Na 3 maanden gewerkt te hebben in een development team, zonder scrumkennis nu de scrummaster training gevolgd. Veel viel op zijn plek, het kwartje viel. Nog steeds veel te leren maar dankzij jullie ben ik heel wat stappen verder. Zin om meer te leren en te beginnen als scrummaster. Veel liever was ik fysiek in een trainingsruimte geweest, dat praat toch wat makkelijker maar in deze tijden kan het niet anders dan online. Knap hoe jullie een online training hebben gegeven!

A training without PowerPoint, I had never experienced that before. The energy with which Jasper and Chee-Hong move in the group ensures that the essence becomes and remains clear. Although I thought I had trouble with interactive training, this one made me realize that it is the best way to learn.

2 days of great interactive learning
2 days of great, interactive learning. Especially the alternation of exercises, video's presentation and Q&A made it a valuable experience. The facilitators are able to bring theory and relevant experience to the table and don't have a fixed mindset: good argumentation can change the answer within the tolerance of the scrum framework.

First time a PSM II clas in a virtual way. The Scrum Facilitators did a good job in facilitating this training to us all. Using the correct tooling, well prepared, and nice to see how they worked together during the training. I would say, a good alternative to the co located version where you have the true face to face conversations! Thanks !

Best teacher ever
When it comes to scrum, Hong knows everything! The way he teaches the class with lots of interaction was very helpful. I prefer his methods above one-sided teaching methods like a powerpoint presentation for example.

Insightful 2 days with top of the bill trainers!
PSM2 training focuses on practical experience and the translation of it to theory. So on one hand you want to have an energetic, serious, knowledgeable and diverse group of participants to learn with/from. On the other hand you need trainers who possess all the above as well, to guide you through the program.
Lucky me I had both. The training was very well structured and with their enthusiasm Hong and Jasper flew us through the whole program. I say flew because time flew by.
The training made me realise even more that the role of Scrum Master is full of ambiguity and therefore to a large extent viable for own interpretation. Talking experiences with 12 other participants made me more confident about how to handle all this.

Fun but long
It was a nice break in the usual work week. There was a lot of repeating everything we learned so that was really helpful. We also had parts where we experienced working in scrum teams and that was very cool to do. I did think that the course could have been a bit shorter, I had the feeling that some things took too much time in my opinion. The message had come across but then we kept discussing about it. But maybe I'm the only one with that opinion because the other course members seemed to value those discussions.

Hi, I’m Chee Hong. I am a Dutch born Singaporean and one of the few globally accredited Scrum.org trainers licensed to teach the full Scrum course portfolio.
I bring over 18 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Agile roles. A lesson in Scrum and in 'how to provide a great learning experience'
Apart from being great people and providing a great environment, especially the way of teaching stands out. There is continuous interaction going on, a lot of practical assignments which makes you think, talk and discuss the subjects. This helps a lot to internalise the information and not only understand the concepts, but also be able to apply it to the practical world.

Energetic, fun and inspirational training!
I was following the PSPO advanced training at the Scrum Facilitators.
The awesome location and hospitality makes you feel relaxed, creative and energised for the whole two training days. Hong and Kai were able to teach the theory in a way that makes it stick in a fun way. No powerpoint, just flip overs and mini workshops.
The practical experience they shared was inspirational.

Creative Trainers with full of energy !!!
First of all, trainers were very positive, creative and were transferring their positive energy to all of us regularly. It was a joy to be there these two days as we had a good training, listened to important cases based on experiences of each other and for me it was very effective. I also liked the place, coffee breaks, lunch and how they managed all this with great enthusiasm.

The 2 days class of Professional Scrum Master class in Singapore with the Scrum Facilitators was awesome and I really liked the way the class was conducted as full of mini workshop & discussions and no slides at all which made the class to be more interactive and fun & easy to learn and adopt. Overall it was 2 days of good learning and is a good start for Scrum Master journey !!

Fantastic SCRUM Training
The SCRUM training was comprehensive, engaging and provided me with valuable insights into the Scrum framework.
Instructors Ziryan, Hong and Sanjay were very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the training sessions enjoyable and engaging.
The training was also very interactive, with lots of group activities and discussions. This not only made the training sessions more enjoyable but also helped me to learn from my peers and gain different perspectives on the topic.
The training can be further enhanced if we were given the opportunity to work on a project in our industry trade using the Scrum framework. This will allow me to see how Scrum can be used to manage real-life projects effectively and efficiently.
Overall, I would highly recommend Scrum training to anyone who is interested in learning about Agile project management. It was a positive and valuable experience that I will take with me throughout my career.

Interactive training by Hong and Jenny
Got a 2-day PSM I training by Hong and Jenny. Really enjoyed their interactive way of teaching as opposed to standardized presentations. For me this way of teaching encourages a 'scrum' mindset, rather than simply memorize all the rules / guidelines. This made learning for the exam a bit more difficult, but I think in the long run is more beneficial.

Een hele interactieve Scrum training met veel post-its!
Hong & Jenny hebben een super leuke en interactieve Scrum training in elkaar gezet. De tijd voelt snel te gaan, pas aan het eind merk je hoeveel stof ze hebben besproken, omdat je toch op een leuke manier heel veel leert. In de training is er altijd de mogelijkheid om vragen te stellen. Zelfs achteraf, wanneer je gaat oefenen voor de examen, zijn ze super open en behulpzaam. Tip: neem wel de scrum guide even goed door, als je nooit eerder met Scrum hebt gewerkt.

The training organized by Hong Chee…
The training organized by Hong Chee Hsia and Jenny Yung was a very fun, interactive and instructive training. The facilitators made sure the training stayed interesting the whole time. They shared a lot of experiences with their encounters of practicing scrum in de real business world. There were a lot of examples of Scrum best practices but also examples were Scrum was used poorly, this made the difference between best practices and poor use of the framework quite clear. Also prepared us well for the exam and let us fully think within a Scrum mindset to fully understand the ins and outs of the scrum Framework.
In short: A job well done by the facilitators of the training and they deserve a big recommendation to every one who wants to get familiar with Scrum.

You can always have a powerpoint slide and teach people the things that they have to know. But by playing random games and challenging each other with questions. you wont be learning only but also having fun and get know things even better.

Great training!
Scrum isn't that hard to understand, but at the beginning you need to have a new mindset for it. The guys from scrum-facilitators uses, besides slides, posters, exercise-cards a simple but very effective way of showing you, that new mindset. They also use LEGO! It looks funny at the beginning, "Are we going to build something with LEGO?" But it gives you the correct mindset during that complete learning process of scrum. Thanks for the Scrum class!

It was a nice training that Jasper and Hong provided for us. Very interactive and making good use of Zoom and Mural. If you did your preparations up front and read a lot about Kanban and Scrum you will not hear a lot of new stuff but discussing how things will work in practise is definitely useful.

I really liked the class PSMII with Scrum Facilitators. Jasper and Chee-Hong did a great job facilitating the training online. A lot was discussed in breakout rooms, where we were able to discuss all kinds of agile topics. Because of the training, I really understood the essence of a professional scrumaster, so the exam was'nt too hard for me in the end!

A fantastic PSPO 2 day course!
I really enjoyed the 2-day course and found it a really beneficial couple of days.
Steve and Ziryan were fantastic trainers, providing a wealth of experience and knowledge.
I was concerned before the course, it would be just an extended session looking at how to pass the certification and was pleasantly surprised with how to course was interactive and gave actual tools and techniques to use in the future.
I loved the multi-culture feel of the group and spending time with people situated in different countries, making some new connections and friends for the future.

A fantastic course, interactive and fun. I particularly loved having a mix of Dutch and British attendees led by Scrum Facilitators and Steve Trapps. The course was good value for money and the use of Mural and Zoom with remote rooms in addition to the format and planning was excellent. Great bunch of people too.

Leerzaam en nuttig!
Na 3 maanden gewerkt te hebben in een development team, zonder scrumkennis nu de scrummaster training gevolgd. Veel viel op zijn plek, het kwartje viel. Nog steeds veel te leren maar dankzij jullie ben ik heel wat stappen verder. Zin om meer te leren en te beginnen als scrummaster. Veel liever was ik fysiek in een trainingsruimte geweest, dat praat toch wat makkelijker maar in deze tijden kan het niet anders dan online. Knap hoe jullie een online training hebben gegeven!

A training without PowerPoint, I had never experienced that before. The energy with which Jasper and Chee-Hong move in the group ensures that the essence becomes and remains clear. Although I thought I had trouble with interactive training, this one made me realize that it is the best way to learn.

2 days of great, interactive learning. Especially the alternation of exercises, video's presentation and Q&A made it a valuable experience. The facilitators are able to bring theory and relevant experience to the table and don't have a fixed mindset: good argumentation can change the answer within the tolerance of the scrum framework.

Insightful 2 days with top of the bill trainers!
PSM2 training focuses on practical experience and the translation of it to theory. So on one hand you want to have an energetic, serious, knowledgeable and diverse group of participants to learn with/from. On the other hand you need trainers who possess all the above as well, to guide you through the program.
Lucky me I had both. The training was very well structured and with their enthusiasm Hong and Jasper flew us through the whole program. I say flew because time flew by.
The training made me realise even more that the role of Scrum Master is full of ambiguity and therefore to a large extent viable for own interpretation. Talking experiences with 12 other participants made me more confident about how to handle all this.

Fun but long
It was a nice break in the usual work week. There was a lot of repeating everything we learned so that was really helpful. We also had parts where we experienced working in scrum teams and that was very cool to do. I did think that the course could have been a bit shorter, I had the feeling that some things took too much time in my opinion. The message had come across but then we kept discussing about it. But maybe I'm the only one with that opinion because the other course members seemed to value those discussions.
