About Suzy
Suzy is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. She has been involved with Scrum, Kanban and System thinking since 2010 and started being a trainer, coach and mentor in 2015. Previously Suzy was a software tester.
Suzy enjoys encouraging self-organizing, collaboration and building great Scrum Teams who focuses on done and potentially shippable increments every sprint. She has worked with distributed and co-located teams.
Outside of the "day job" Suzy volunteers as a mentor for the Code Coven, is an I Am Remarkable facilitator and a triathlon coach. Her passion is to help others grow professionally and in their personal lives also
