Great learning with a very very knowledgeable Coach
Scrum was a new concept for me but learning received during the course has got me excited to not only get PSM1 certification but also try to enhance my knowledge on the concept and maybe go for next level of certifications.

Excellent course and content
Great course and content! I particularly like the practical elements and the way Jim challenged many of our long held opinions of what Scrum is. I've left the course a re-invigorated Scrum Master with better ideas on promoting Scrum and dealing with 'scrum buts' and anti-patterns at all levels of an organisation.

Very good interactive course
Very good interactive course. I'd previously done an online one but would recommend this over that any day. Jim came to our work place for 2 days. Jim was very informative and coached us through the information needed to complete the course, whilst having a good fun at the same time. would defiantly recommend.

Great instructor and content
The instructor (Jim Hosier) demonstrated knowledge gained out of experience showcased through real life examples. It was easy to understand Jim's instruction and references. Jim made genuine attempts to probe and push the candidates to think further than the content mentioned on slides/ pages.

This course is perfect for anyone that is starting their journey in Scrum facilitation and needs some hints and tips, and also more experienced facilitators needing some additional items for their toolbox.
Dan was a great presenter who clearly knew the subject matter well and had some excellent examples to use alongside the course material.

Great way to dive into Scrum
Great interactive way for getting a solid understanding of the role of a scrum master within an agile operation. Jim provided concise explanantions along with valuable experience based insight. The group exercise are ideal for making you think about the principles, how they can apply to your current work and how your work processes may have to adapt and change.
Definitely come out of this training with a good grasp of what it means to be a scrum master and more confident in starting on the scrum master journey.

Excellent course from scrum.org and wonderful training from Jim Hosier. The sessions were well structured, good examples, case studies, engaging and good timing. I didn't even realise that I am attending a training and felt being part of one big team. I would strongly recommend this course to both new/experienced scrum masters, product managers, developers and even others who would like to learn and keep them on top of scrum.
Jim shared some real world experiences which we were able to relate to our current and previous projects. Main takeaway for me is, Scrum will not solve your problem, rather it will expose them. Absolutely nailed on this one, I am still reflecting on my mind on the projects i worked and working on to how can we avoid this in future! Also the change in mindset is not only for the team but also for the stakeholders that we interact was a pretty good one :)

Fantastic two days!
The 2 days were fantastic which provided a great insight into current scrum standards. It was very thought provoking and engaging throughout. The real world examples provided by Jim were great to relate to, as well as help up apply this to our own ways of working. This will definitely help us understand how we can become more agile as a team and a business. Jim Hosier was fantastic in his delivery of the course and made sure that everyone was of the same understanding before moving on to the next section(s). The only build that i would have is that it is a lot of information to take in within 2 days. I feel like it would benefit from being extended to potentially 2 1/2 days or 3.

Jim is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a passion for product delivery and software development.
He has used his skills and enthusiasm to coach and train a variety of organisations, including driving the Agile transformation of a multinational finance company, where he was pivotal in introducing Professional Scrum. Really enjoyed this interactive class. I learnt so much and I am now really keen to apply it! Jim's knowledge and experience of Scrum is fantastic and he made the content easy to understand and relatable. I would highly recommend this class for anyone starting on their Scrum journey.

I participated in Jim's SCRUM Master and Product Owner Agile course. He is honestly one of the best trainers I have ever met.
He has the ability of taking a very complex course and delivering it exceptionally well. Also please note this course was online with 21 other members and pretty much everyone got the maximum out of these 4 day sessions.

I liked the class
I liked the class. The instructor Jim was very clear about "real, pure" SCRUM to make us understand the terminology, the concepts, the no-no's etc. It was a bit tiring to do the class via ZOOM, wished it was in person, but all in all, time well spent.

Fantastic two days!
The 2 days were fantastic which provided a great insight into current scrum standards. It was very thought provoking and engaging throughout. The real world examples provided by Jim were great to relate to, as well as help up apply this to our own ways of working. This will definitely help us understand how we can become more agile as a team and a business. Jim Hosier was fantastic in his delivery of the course and made sure that everyone was of the same understanding before moving on to the next section(s). The only build that i would have is that it is a lot of information to take in within 2 days. I feel like it would benefit from being extended to potentially 2 1/2 days or 3.
