RUN, don't walk to take the PSFS Training Course!
This Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills was so enjoyable! I took this training course after already attending the PSM 1 and PSM 2 training courses (and passing the assessments). Scott provided such amazing insights and really encouraged you to think and facilitate like a servant leader. Very interactive course that was also so fun and challenging! I immediately used the skills and techniques that I learned and implemented them in my current role. I now view facilitation in such a different light after taking this course. Thank you so much, Scott, for yet another amazing experience!

Masterclass Instructor!
This experience and class was amazing! The facilitation of the activities was very simply, yet thoroughly, explained. It was a small class, yet Scott was able to pack every facilitation activity full of value and understanding. I was able to recall every activity and directly apply it to every question. I was only stumped by 1 question, even after taking the open assessment 5 times. But, even with doing those open assessments, I felt I had all the knowledge to take the Exam!
I had a 2 day instruction, and even after the first day, I was able to utilize the takeaways and immediately implement them into my work place. My manager took notice and gave me a book recommendation to further my facilitation skills, but I had already received the recommendation from Scott prior both in class, and in the pre-homework assignment readings. Scott is TRULY a Master of Scrum!

Awesome class! I've taken three classes with Scott, and I'm impressed every time. Each class offers a unique perspective or take on scrum. I'm surprised that despite having the same instructor, each course offered fresh, new material. This one definitely challenged us to expand our thinking and deepen our understanding of scrum. I particularly enjoyed his deep dive into the definition of done.

GSM Scott does an amazing job of breaking down the art of scrum facilitation. He walks, talks, and breathes scrum and that's evident in his approach to teaching scrum and the relevant skills. This class in particular has been my favorite scrum class thus far, as we learned hands on techniques that we can implement right away in our day to day lives.

If You Want to Be a World Class Scrum Master, Take the PSM2 Training!
This class opened my eyes to see deeply held stances that the Scrum Master is bound to act out - Scribe, Admin, Team Boss, Hero, Scrum Police. We identified various behaviors associated with these stances.
Now, this class re-trained us to become the coach, change agent, facilitator, teacher, and impediment remover, for our team, for our stakeholders, and for our organization. Several discussions and exercises help us to get back to the values found in the Scrum Guide, determine that we must first embody these traits before we get back into our organizations.
Grateful that GSM Scott Adams was our instructor for this important career milestone! He is deeply experienced and very enthusiastic to transfer not only knowledge but also experiences earned in the battle field as a Scrum Master to students!

Pivotal Point in My Life
Crossing paths with Grand Scrum Master Scott Adams changed my life. Not only is he immensely knowledgeable about everything Agile, but there's passion behind every word. Even with topics that seem impossible to understand, he breaks them down for anyone to better comprehend. Gold Mine Facilitation Techniques for Scrum Masters!
I've never realized there were so many facilitation techniques that scrum masters could use to make their teams communicate with each other and remove conflicts. Frankly, all of the senior scrum masters that I had been working with do NOT know or use these techniques. That's the shocking reality.
Now I feel that I have a super-power with this knowledge and can't wait to practice them on the field and help our organization truly practice and live Scrum/Agile.

Outstanding Value! Concepts were presented utilizing real world experiences which made them easier to understand and recall. An engaging speaker who presented all day for two days and made it look easy (it isn't possible for most people). Great study guide and test taking advise full of simplified presentation and mnemonic devices designed to enhance easy retention. I feel both ready to pass a certification test and add value to the work I do. The Best Scrum Experience.
Scott's teaching made the ways of Scrum very clear and understandable. His way of story-telling and his ability to translate real world experiences to similar situations of Scrum made it so much easier. Maximizing the value
What made this experience great was the way Scott was able to deep dive. He broke the structure, framework, analogy's, definitions and examples all the way down to a tea. He was able to help me be more open minded while also making sure the set values are still being in play. Making sure the rules weren't getting breached but maximizing the value within the room of the scrum team.

Great Scrum class
Scott Adams was lovely to meet and learn from. He has such great energy and takes his time to really get to know his students. He tells many stories that helped me to visualize and understand the different components of Scrum. There are certain things about life I will ever be able to think about now without thinking about Scrum. The only thing I felt was lacking was activities. The ones we did were fun, engaging, and valuable, but I wish we did more.

Legendary experience
I have participated in Scott’s PSM I and PSFS class in Oct and Nov 2023. Scott interacted with the class very well. We had a lot of group exercises. Scott was energetic and has a real passion in contributing in scrum organisation. He shared a lot of real world experience and how to apply scrum principles in daily life. Highly recommended if you want to know what real scrum is. I am looking forward to attend the PSM II class.

Not everyone that teaches you, leaves a lasting impact with what they teach, or how they teach. GSM Scott is one of the few that know how to do that.
This is one of the most amazing classes I've ever taken in my life! GSM Scott made the class so immersive and understandable with his knowledge, examples, personality, sense of humour and life experience. Apart from teaching the class itself, he gives you life lessons in ways that help consolidate and reinforce the learning experience and what you've learnt. He takes his time to listen to your questions, give you feedback and carry you with the class. He takes time to get to know his students. His disposition and way of teaching make you strive to be better and more legendary at everything you do, not just in your career. I was definitely way more impacted after taking his class. I got a lot of value from this.

RUN, don't walk to take the PSFS Training Course!
This Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills was so enjoyable! I took this training course after already attending the PSM 1 and PSM 2 training courses (and passing the assessments). Scott provided such amazing insights and really encouraged you to think and facilitate like a servant leader. Very interactive course that was also so fun and challenging! I immediately used the skills and techniques that I learned and implemented them in my current role. I now view facilitation in such a different light after taking this course. Masterclass Instructor!
This experience and class was amazing! The facilitation of the activities was very simply, yet thoroughly, explained. It was a small class, yet Scott was able to pack every facilitation activity full of value and understanding. I was able to recall every activity and directly apply it to every question. I was only stumped by 1 question, even after taking the open assessment 5 times. But, even with doing those open assessments, I felt I had all the knowledge to take the Exam!
I had a 2 day instruction, and even after the first day, I was able to utilize the takeaways and immediately implement them into my work place. My manager took notice and gave me a book recommendation to further my facilitation skills, but I had already received the recommendation from Scott prior both in class, and in the pre-homework assignment readings. Scott is TRULY a Master of Scrum!

If You Want to Be a World Class Scrum Master, Take the PSM2 Training!
This class opened my eyes to see deeply held stances that the Scrum Master is bound to act out - Scribe, Admin, Team Boss, Hero, Scrum Police. We identified various behaviors associated with these stances.
Now, this class re-trained us to become the coach, change agent, facilitator, teacher, and impediment remover, for our team, for our stakeholders, and for our organization. Several discussions and exercises help us to get back to the values found in the Scrum Guide, determine that we must first embody these traits before we get back into our organizations.
Grateful that GSM Scott Adams was our instructor for this important career milestone! He is deeply experienced and very enthusiastic to transfer not only knowledge but also experiences earned in the battle field as a Scrum Master to students!

Gold Mine Facilitation Techniques for Scrum Masters!
I've never realized there were so many facilitation techniques that scrum masters could use to make their teams communicate with each other and remove conflicts. Frankly, all of the senior scrum masters that I had been working with do NOT know or use these techniques. That's the shocking reality.
Now I feel that I have a super-power with this knowledge and can't wait to practice them on the field and help our organization truly practice and live Scrum/Agile.

Outstanding Value! Concepts were presented utilizing real world experiences which made them easier to understand and recall. An engaging speaker who presented all day for two days and made it look easy (it isn't possible for most people). Great study guide and test taking advise full of simplified presentation and mnemonic devices designed to enhance easy retention. I feel both ready to pass a certification test and add value to the work I do. The Best Scrum Experience.
Scott's teaching made the ways of Scrum very clear and understandable. Maximizing the value
What made this experience great was the way Scott was able to deep dive. He broke the structure, framework, analogy's, definitions and examples all the way down to a tea. He was able to help me be more open minded while also making sure the set values are still being in play. Making sure the rules weren't getting breached but maximizing the value within the room of the scrum team.

Great Scrum class
Scott Adams was lovely to meet and learn from. He has such great energy and takes his time to really get to know his students. He tells many stories that helped me to visualize and understand the different components of Scrum. There are certain things about life I will ever be able to think about now without thinking about Scrum. The only thing I felt was lacking was activities. The ones we did were fun, engaging, and valuable, but I wish we did more.

Legendary experience
I have participated in Scott’s PSM I and PSFS class in Oct and Nov 2023. Scott interacted with the class very well. We had a lot of group exercises. Scott was energetic and has a real passion in contributing in scrum organisation. He shared a lot of real world experience and how to apply scrum principles in daily life. Highly recommended if you want to know what real scrum is. I am looking forward to attend the PSM II class.

This is one of the most amazing classes I've ever taken in my life! GSM Scott made the class so immersive and understandable with his knowledge, examples, personality, sense of humour and life experience. Apart from teaching the class itself, he gives you life lessons in ways that help consolidate and reinforce the learning experience and what you've learnt. He takes his time to listen to your questions, give you feedback and carry you with the class. He takes time to get to know his students. Informative and mind blowing....
The class was very informative and mind blowing. Each resources, examples & experiences shared during the session helped to allayed the fear of where to begin. It also boost my confidence and gives a clear understanding of the path I would love to follow in becoming a better Scrum Master. Thank you for answering my questions during the session. Professional and knowledgeable
Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to instruct the class and reinforce our understanding of the scrum methodology.
His podcasts which you can find on his YouTube channel, @NotScrumDumb, were also a huge plus.

Scott Adams is great!
Scott uses real world examples to help us understand SCRUM in a way that is relatable. He makes sure everyone is engaged "nobody can hide in my class" he says, and it's true. His sessions are very informative, helpful, and fun.

Amazing Class!!

Interactive Learning Experience!
Amazing course graciously lead by Scott Adams for the Year Up internship program's students. I was not sure what would entail, but he lead an amazingly informative and interactive class. You may feel embarrassed or stressed, but you will also be empowered and taught life long knowledge.
