My trainer, Sanjay Saini was an amazing teacher who made the session very interactive and engaging. He explained every concept in detail and was always very open to answering any doubts. He also made sure that he didnt dump too much information on us and always gave us enough breaks. The concepts of the Scrum Guide were explained very well in depth by Sanjay. The training was really an eye opener in giving the insights on Scrum, Agile, Roles of the members in the Scrum Team. Inspite the training being online Sanjay (Trainer) made it very interactive & interesting to follow the course. I had may doubts and myths in my understanding about Scrum before the training. Scrum concepts explained in simple language with relatable examples
The entire learning experience was great. Being from a military background, I was completely new to the corporate language. Sanjay was an exceptional trainer who made me understand the concepts of Scrum and made me learn the whole concepts with great ease. He gave relatable examples to understand the concepts and made us practice a lot of situation based situations. Very interactive and fun learning experience where the facilitator had us engaged from start to end. All activities made us learn a bit more not only about Scrum but also about our own behavior and trends in the current working place. Great pointers as to how we can improve our outlook towards work and organisation in general. Mr. Sanjay's way of approach towards this training was very good. He explains things clearly and the session was very interactive. He shares lot of real time scenarios and examples to refer and understand. He tried to clarify all my doubts with patience. Interactive session
Very interactive and fun learning experience where the facilitator had us engaged from start to end. All activities made us learn a bit more not only about Scrum but also about our own behavior and trends in the current working place. Great pointers as to how we can improve our outlook towards work and organisation in general. The trainer was patient and full of empathy and let us share our experiences and concerns without cutting us short. He helped us arrive at our own conclusions and course corrected us when required.
