スクラムの基本について楽しく学べました。
受講者同士のディスカッションにより、自身の考えがよりブラッシュアップできたように思います。
職場でアジャイル、スクラムを実践しているけれど、どこか体系的に学習をしたことが無かったので「このやり方が正しいのか...」と頭を悩ませることが多かったです。
この研修を受講することで、スクラム・スクラムマスターの基本の考え方を学びました。
職場で実践するにあたってスクラムマスターが意識すべきこととスクラムは軽量なフレームワークであり、なぜ軽量になっているかということを自分の中に落とし込むことができました。

To know that there's still people fighting hard to get scrum working
Most of the things I believe I know before I joined the class. But it's still a bless to listen to different people interpret those ideas and to know that there's still people fighting hard to make it work. This alone is worth an annual training/refresh.

The Essence of Scrum Mastery
Based on the Scrum Values, the Scrum Master's options will help us to think of ways to remove obstacles that impede progress, depending on the situation at the time. We now understand that these activities will lead the project to success.

Really interesting and engaging training!
Training was really interesting and engaging. Gregory did not only provide academic knowledge but also challenged us and set up motivating discussion topics to make us think for ourselves about what Scrum and Scrum mastering were really about.
He was also able to answer our very concrete questions thanks to his experience so it was a very fruitful training.

First formal Scrum training
This was my first formal Scrum training, and I was not disappointed. The trainer ran the sessions diligently, demonstrated his knowledge of Scrum and related topics, and also the sessions worked well thanks to the way in which participants were able to actively participate.
The only minor gripe I had was that the big post-it sheets we were sticking stickies on blocked ones' view of the big presentation screen, so such impediment had to be frequently dealt with.

Interactive and dynamic PSM training
Was a dynamic, interactive and motivating training.
Gregory took the time to give us concrete examples for whichever questions we had, ensured that we understood correctly each of the topics / concepts / values of Scrum.
Thanks again Greg for helping us to have a much better understanding at what is Scrum! :)

The best use of two days to learn Scrum and have fun
I highly recommend this training course, which closely follows the Scrum Guide material while incorporating a variety of exercises and real-life examples shared among participants, making the subject matter engaging and memorable. Our trainer, Gregory, proved to be a true Scrum Master with extensive experience, which greatly enhanced our understanding of the material. Given that Scrum is founded on empiricism, where learning transpires through experience, Gregory's guidance and expertise were invaluable in teaching me Scrum well.

Sophisticated and pragmatic lectures
They provided very rare opportunity of the professional scrum lectures in full Japanese, not only explaining about the definitions of framework, but also trying to change the parcitipant's way of thinking through a lot of group works.

Gregory Fontaine is a Professional Scrum Trainer and co-founder of Agorax, where he is committed to causing positive change, and helping organizations uncover better ways of working and outlearning their competitors. Gregory is the first Japanese speaking Professional Scrum Trainer and is on a mission to improve the understanding of Scrum and to expand its use in Japan.
Gregory has 12 years of experience with Scrum as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Manager and Director in various industries including software product development, pharmaceutical and insurance. He has trained and led change in Europe, North America and Asia and speaks French, English and Japanese fluently.
