A thoroughly reflective experience
I really enjoyed the down-to-earth approach to teaching scrum, taking into consideration real-world implication of various actions being taken. This wasn't a purely theoretical class - it was well-rooted in the organisational practices we are all facing daily in our companies.
Another forte was the class's structure that was tailored to its on-line nature. The cycles of focus gathering and direction were thought-through, which made it all the easier to absorb the knowledge.

The best Scrum Coaches on The World
One of the best Scrum and Agile related class that I have ever attend in my 13 years career in IT (since 2008). Both Agile Coaches have deep understanding of the theory and a lot of years experience in practice. They are also great teachers with innate skills of knowledge sharing, distribution, facilitation and making constantly people engaged. They know exactly how to involve in workshops the group, make the classes constantly interesting and how to teach others in the way of learning by doing. I was honoured that I could met those guys and attend their classes.

The trainers make a nice team! The training, despite the fact that it was online, was very dynamic, full of energy and commitment. Trainers not only transfer knowledge, but also create a nice atmosphere in the whole group, giving the impression that after three days it was a pity to part ways.

Best coaches and group ever
Truly an excellent class, for sure the best class in my life. The class was run remotely but I felt like everybody was side by side by me. The team was great, open, courageous, and experienced. Coaches are open-minded, honest, with a great sense of humor. They showed us what really means to be a true Scrum Master. They gave us space to work and think about ourselves in a completely different way - distanced and filtered by our shared experience. They were like a mirror, they didn't tell us what to change - they magically made it happen that we understood it by ourselves.

Engaging and enriching experience
This was an excellent time and the best investment in my skills. Enormously engaging by various exercises and structures, with honest and straightforward feedback and tips. Clear language and smooth communication. Great team of participants that were beautifully facilitated by the trainers to share their experience, their doubts and their knowledge and create value all together. The training provided me with exactly what I lacked - a deeper and concise understanding of the essence of Scrum, the underlying philosophy behind different practices and contexts of Scrum application.

Simply awesome
Simply awesome! So much knowledge and hands-on exercises and all this amidst these ridiculous circumstances (COVID-19) - we did it online and I must say I didn't see any difference in engagement when compared to onsite classes that I also attended with the same trainers. Great job.

The trainers led us through the Scrum labyrinths in a pleasant atmosphere. It was interesting, intense, with full commitment on their and our side. I left with my head full of ideas, knowledge about what I can change, thoughts about what does not work and why. I know what I was not aware of, in what topics and areas I should build and deepen the knowledge, what to practice.
Thanks guys - once again I was not disappointed taking part in the workshop led by you, which was to shape me as Scrum Master.

Lots of inspiration and knowledge sharing!
A lot of excercises, no slides, only flipcharts, tempo: I was exhausted but happy after those two days full of inspiration and knowledge sharing. It was a pleasure to be there and have the possibility to listen to other Scrum Masters. Excellent trainers, Adam and Andrzej, who both shared their knowledge and experience, and gave us the possibility to share the knowledge among the participants. I highly recommend!

Excellent training that opens the eyes…
Excellent training that opens the eyes to pragmatism and rationalism. Mandatory for each member of the scrum team. Contains only particulars, practical exercises and examples. What was the least interesting? Breaks! :) Thanks alot.

Modern ideas executed in a smart way.
Intensive with lots of practical tasks. No powerpoint presentation only live and "analog" methods. Aesthetically pleasing flip charts and whiteboards make it worth your time bringing you closer to the understanding of how you should pass your knowledge.

Andrzej started his Scrum journey in 2011 by introducing and improving Scrum in co-founded software house. Between 2013 and 2017 he was leading agile transformation programmes, including product scaling in PayU Poland - largest payments provider in region. He was responsible for Scrum Masters growth, teams development and Scrum implementation. Scrum Master at heart, Change Agent at mind. Professional Scrum Trainer and Certified LeSS Practitioner.
