With a track record of spearheading eight significant large-scale transformation initiatives, I have successfully coached many Agile teams across a wide array of industries, including software, finance, banking, fintech, technology, innovation, pharma, retail, insurance, telecom, and automotive. Additionally, I've crafted role-specific programs for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches to elevate their skills and effectiveness.

I adopt a holistic and system-oriented approach, focusing on organizational design facilitation. My toolbox includes techniques like team topologies and Spotify models, which I employ to support Agile transformations.
