My instructor provided great support and clarification
My instructor provided great instruction with a timely pace to accompany it. She did a great job of breaking complex ideas into simpler ones. I enjoyed the team activities because it allowed me to simulate what a Sprint can potentially look like. Additionally, I enjoyed the hourly breaks given throughout the day. This helped me to move around and keep myself from fidgeting.

Andreanna's approach is excellent! Interactive and Engaging!
Andreanna has done a great job with structuring her Scrum Training. At first I was nervous if I can keep up with 2 whole days of training, but she delivered the information in a very interactive and engaging way. I really appreciate the approach. Coming from L&D, I think her delivery is excellent as it made SCRUM more understandable. It's a good balance of lecture and practical application! Highly highly recommend!

I didn’t feel burned out at all. I was afraid of that coming into this because it was an all day training.

I recently took the PSM I course with Instructor Andreanna Marshall and was impressed by her ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. I came into the course with little knowledge of Scrum, but after finishing it, I have a much better understanding and appreciation for the methodology. Andreanna Marshall was one of the best instructors I have experienced in a long time and that is saying a lot being prior military. I have gone through my fair share of instructors, so to experience an engaging, hands-on class where I actually learned and retained knowledge amplified my experience. I am very new to Scrum, but it is something that I can truly see myself doing in the future. I am confident that I would not feel this way had it not been for Andreanna.

I recently took this Scrum Master certification course, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Andreanna was phenomenal—not only did she have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, but she also had a wealth of experience applying it in real-world scenarios. She used Mural as the primary tool for visualizing and managing the course, and it was incredibly effective. The class was well-structured and interactive, with a good balance of lectures and hands-on activities. Andreanna provided clear explanations and examples and was always available to answer questions and provide feedback.
One of the highlights of the course was the use of Mural, which allowed us to easily collaborate and visualize the different aspects of the Scrum process. It was a great way to see the big picture and understand how all the pieces fit together.
