I enrolled myself for professional scrum master workshop with Simran. The way she explained scrum principles using analogy was very effective and made concepts easy to understand. The explanation of scrum roles was very clear , especially how you differentiated the Product Owner from Scrum Master. The way you used real-world scenarios to explain Scrum Values, Scrum Events, Scrum Artifacts was very effective. Overall the session was very informative and well structured. I particularly appreciated the real world examples you used to illustrate the concepts.

Simran mam just painted a different canvas about Scrum. Previously I have been part of scrum's but wasn't aware of the effectiveness of the lightweight framework. After attending the training workshop I have gained new insights about Scrum & it's effectiveness. It was a great course , contents were good my trainer Simran was amazing , how ever at few points I felt the course was rushed I guess that’s because we had to cover all the topics, even then I would advice anyone who to take PSM 1 should enrol for course and don’t just jump to take the certification exam.

Worth it. Interactive sessions based on Scrum flow helps everyone understand the concept along with group exercises to live in the Scrum world.

Excellent! The workshop was great overall and Simran facilitated it very effectively, ensuring participants gained a solid foundational understanding of agile philosophy and the scrum framework. I particularly enjoyed the "practice what you preach" way in which Simran used a trello board and scrum events and artifacts to deliver the workshop itself. There was a Trello based product backlog, sprint backlog and so on. I found this to be a very effective way to model some best practices whilst delivering the course! I would perhaps suggest adding a "sprint goal" for each session to also model how we can amend the sprint backlog as we get new information, but the sprint goal remains unchanged. Overall, fantastic value for money!

I attended this class as one in a group of 4. Since it was a small group, I was able to connect with the members better. Simran gave us very concise and detailed explanation of all the Scrum concepts. Right from day 1, she managed to hold our attention through interactive and fun exercises. At no point did she draw away or deflect our doubts. She welcomed our answers and opinions. She was also very accommodating with the time of the classes. Taking into consideration that all of us were working professionals, she managed to cover every point without dragging it out. Here are some (there are many) reasons why I think it is worth taking part in one of his courses 1) They send you a list of topics to study before the course in order to avoid the classic lesson where the teacher talks for long periods and people fall asleep 2) My class was made up of 5 students (scrum team docet) and therefore there is maximum attention to everyone's needs and doubts 3) Lessons based on group work in "time boxed" mode with subsequent presentation of the results 4) For each case study, always explanations and clarifications from the teacher 5) Use of kanban board (e.g. Trello) to manage the course, questions and activities 6) Extra material for self study (always organized in Trello) 7) Possible possibility of analyzing real cases based on one's own experience 8) 100% involvement Absolutely recommended!
