Luc is an excellent trainer. When participants ask questions, he listens, his comments and answers are very relevant to understanding the content. I highly recommend him!

Luc est un excellent formateur. Il est agréable à attendre et son "pace" rends les étudiants à l'aise. La formation est très interactive. Le temps dispo est bien géré. Les ateliers sont excellent, ils font réfléchir, il n'y a pas de pénalisation. Il aide les étudiants au besoin et prends le temps de bien comprendre et répondre aux questions. La matériel de formation est super, le contenu approprié. J'ai aimé le nombre d'étudiant, ca facilitait les discussions dans les ateliers. Étant à la recherche d'emploi, j'ai payé pour ce cours de ma poche et je suis satisfait. Merci Luc Points constructifs: - dans l'après midi jr 2, j'ai senti qu'on rushait un peu plus, et moins de temps pour les questions ou les échanges. C'est une observation, je comprends qu'à la fin on doit couvrir ce qui reste plus rapidement. - j'aurais trouver utile d'avoir plus de temps pour parler d'exemples réels de ce que vie vraiment des vrais POs dans différentes entreprises/situations (genre case studies). Le cours enseigne la théorie officielle pour les POs, mais de mon expérience sur le terrain, il y a nombreuses contraintes ou particularités qui peuvent rendre l'application de la théorie difficile. J'aurais aimé plus de temps sur ce sujet.

I recently completed the Scrum Product Owner training, overall, it was a decent experience. The course was well-structured, with a strong emphasis on group learning, which fostered collaboration. There were some real life examples presented, which was one of the highlights of the course, as it helped bridge the gap between theory and practical application. The instructors did a good job at highlighting Scrum values. However, there was a noticeable amount of idealism in how Scrum was presented. It was important to understand the framework in its purest form.

Instructor kept the information entertaining as well as moving forward. Was able to answer questions showing how prepared he was. Switched from speaking, to whiteboard, to break out sessions with minimal interruptions to keep the information coming. He didn't just accept our answers to questions, but forced us to think of the reasoning behind them before explaining the correct answers.

Luc was very knowledgeable, approachable, and really mastered delivery using on-line approaches. It was an interactive course, jam-packed with practical insights into both the theory, and his experience applying Scrum as a product owner.

I did enjoy this class, since my last in 2018. A great refresher for me with insightful analogies and experiences. I learned new things and was able to gain new insights and ideas on my approach moving forward. Luc was great in his ability to teach the topic and have examples to support our questions and scenarios. He made it fun and engaging. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave alot of "real world" example and situational advice. The class was quite small, and so questions were all answered and participation was encouraged. A very good experience, and I would recommend the course. 10/10.

I was looking to introduce myself to the course to understand the roles and responsibilities of Product owner. This course is a good introduction without going too much into details. I feel more confident after attending the classes. My trainer Luc was very knowledgeable and answered all our queries. He shared good examples for us to relate to. Overall i would recommend this course

An excellent teacher who masters the theory and have an extensive experience in Scrum. I can add that Luc is also very funny and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.

I recommend it for all currently or considering product ownership roles. It's my second training with Pyxis and both experiences have made a difference in my daily life. It provides both the theory and practical examples to start fresh with your PO practice. Having taken the Scrum Master training prior to this was helpful, but not required as Scrum basis are covered.

La première journée était très longue et on perdait l'intérêt. On aurait pu réduire le contenu et passer plus de temps sur le contenu de la deuxième journée. On voulait développer plus d'aspect de la 2e journée mais on n'avait plus de temps. J'aurais aimé que Pawel explique plus. Il avait plus d'entrain. Somme toute, j'ai bien aimé le cours. Je comprenais le contenu même si je semblait être la seule qui n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine. J'aurais parfois aimé avoir plus d'explications sur des termes plus techniques mais je comprends que le cours n'est pas concu pour avoir des débutants.

Great experience! Really enjoyed the course, Luc was well prepared, he kept us all interested all along the course. The instructor has extensive knowledge about product ownership and is very passionate about being a product owner. He explains the 6 stances in much detail to explain the accountabilities of a Product owner. Numerous exercises during the workshop also help learning about the accountabilities of a Product owner and bringing new perspectives that can be taken back to apply in our respective organizations.

Very interesting way to learn a lot about the PO role and Scrum overall. Participants from various industries make it interesting, though applying some concepts appear difficult. Great preparation for the exam.

I have a heavy preference for Scrum.org courses, as they focus heavily on the studied role based on the Scrum.org framework, obviously, we take them here (Montreal) through Pyxis. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable and this definitly applies to Luc St-Laurent. The PSPO Advanced course was excellent and I learned quite a lot concerning the PO role and prefered stances. Thank you Luc!
