After my previous vlog, many developers asked me: "What should we do if the Product Owner comes up with unplanned work or work that was not discussed during Sprint Planning in the middle of the Sprint?". This is quite common when running a business. I usually ask two simple questions to the Product Owner whenever situation happens. I hope today's vlog helps those of you who face this situation.
