Hello awesome people. It's me again with new learnings from the trenches. In my Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) class, there is at least one person who will ask, "what is the difference between Product Manager and Product Owner?".
Product Owner is a role in Scrum who is accountable for the value of the product. In many cases the Product Manager is the Product Owner. But in some cases it is not the same. In this vlog, I also share some of my observations on how companies structure the relationship between Product Owner and Product Manager in a scaled Scrum environment. I created this blog for my PSPO students in the future. If you also have the same question about the difference between Product Manager and Product Owner, I hope you will also find this video useful. Enjoy.
