Hey Guys,

My wife is looking into changing my career to scrum master.

She has no experience with any projects yet, so I wanted to try a small Project, that ideally reflects the real world.

I am from the Classic Projectmanagement World and as far as I can understand, usually the most used usecase for a SM is in Software Dev.

Do you have good Ideas for a small but reality near project for software developement?

Can you explain to me, what the biggest bottlenecks are, the Developer has and the solution?

Any tips on changing careers?

Thank you so much!

A Lean Startup should be done as a side hustle first before changing careers. Example: try putting together a store front on eBay or similar, inspecting and adapting, developing some sort of brand identity, and harnessing analytics. Risk is low, as is opportunity. However, the skills you develop will be transferable.
