Professional Scrum with Kanban

Live Virtual Class, November 27-29, 2024

Class Overview

TheScrumMaster.co.uk

Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) is an interactive, activity-based training course that teaches experienced Scrum Masters and other Scrum practitioners how to improve the way they work by applying Kanban practices in the context of Professional Scrum. Through theory, case studies and hands-on exercises, students will learn how Kanban practices can help Scrum Teams achieve better outcomes by improving the flow of work.

Organizations using DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) will find adding flow to their application of Scrum to be a natural complement. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) certification exam.

Enhanced Learning Through a Flexible 3-Day Format

This 2-day class will be delivered over three days (3 x 4.5 hours) to optimize the learning experience. By breaking the content into shorter, focused sessions, we aim to enhance retention and engagement while allowing participants to better balance their professional and personal commitments. This format also provides more time between sessions to absorb and reflect on the material, ultimately contributing to a more effective learning process.
