How to break the vicious cycle of Bug to close the project?
For many of our project I have observed that client is keep on giving list of Bugs (which are actually sometime new features). We do our project for 6 months and working on its Bugs for one year. How to handle this situation?
How is the Product Owner choosing to prioritize this new work, and how is the Development Team improving its Definition of Done to prevent genuine defects from being raised?
Thanks Ian for responding the issue. The PO role is always played by the owner of the company in small organisation. They always want to finish the issue to as soon as possible to raise the invoice. Many times they dont say NO to customer in fear of loosing customer.
The DoD is again missed due to tight delivery dates. But agree with you. DoD can be tighten.
