You don't need a scaling framework for that. If you are looking to build your career as a Product Owner you can start with the PSPO I, II, and III. Yet getting Product Management experience with a real product is the best approach..

None. Time and experience is needed to cement understanding, including the difference between projects and products.

Go for PSPO I to learn about the tasks of the Product Owner, so that you can help future Product Owners to become better Product Owners or switch to the Product Owner role yourself if you prefer this kind of work more.

If you want to learn scaling, I would suggest the Nexus framework (Scaled Professional Scrum) that teaches you how to work with multiple Scrum Teams on 1 Product Backlog.

SAFe tries to mix Scaling Agile and Business Agility poorly in one framework, but you can't call that result Agile or lightweight anymore.
