Professional Scrum Master
Live Virtual Class, June 18-20, 2024
Class Overview
The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is designed to enable attendees to develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset whilst learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams.
The PSM course addresses significant skills gap that we have seen growing over the last few years as many Scrum Masters are treated purely as facilitators of the framework. In such cases the true value of working in and incremental and iterative pattern is not realised. This class will help equip attendees with the skills, knowledge and mindset to address this and release the benefits of working in a truly agile way.
The cost of the course is £850 + VAT (where applicable).
