PBI review after Sprint cancellation

Hello Fellow Scrummers,
I have a question for you :-)

The Scrum Guide states:
<quote>When a Sprint is cancelled, any completed and “Done” Product Backlog items are reviewed.<unquote>

Question:
Reviewed by whom? The Scrum Team or just the Product Owner?

What might need to be adapted as a consequence, and who do you think should do the adapting?
