What's is Agile life Cycle...

In my view it goes like this...

1) Discover (Describe, Define and Initial Plan)
2) Develop ( Implementation, Sprint 4-6 weeks)
3) Deliver (Release & Support)

Evision and support phases are not defined in Scrum.
There are 4 Event in Scrum:
Planning: implicit SA/SD
Sprint Execution: Daily Planing, Coding, Testing, Building...
Review: Deliver a releasable increment. PO may decide to release it.
Retrospective: Forcus on Process Improvement

In Scrum, planning, implementation and release all occur within each Sprint. There is no gap between Sprints for planning or release, and a Sprint may not exceed one month in length.

You are proposing a different life cycle. If so, what advantages do you believe it has over the Scrum one?
