Conflict between Developers
Hi,
We are running a team and there is always a conflict between two developers.
What to do in this case ??
What is the nature of the conflict between the developers? How is it affecting the team? What has been done to attempt to resolve the issues so far?
This is normally something that the developers should try and resolve themselves, and if they cannot, they should bring it to the attention of the SM, especially if this conflict is becoming toxic to the team and/or jeopardising the sprint goal.
The SM could then mediate a discussion between the two developers in order to try and help them resolve the conflict. If that doesn't work, the SM may have to go outside of the team and involve the developers manager. .

Conflict is the crucible within which creativity is forged. Team estimation is based on conflict, for example -- not every team member puts down the same Planning Poker card. If there's only conflict between two developers, why not the others?
Perhaps the issue you are facing is not a matter of conflict but of respect, which is one of the Scrum values. Do those two developers respect each other's views and seek to learn from them?
Without knowing more about the conflict, I'd say that you have gotten all of the advice that we can give. If you can provide more details on what kind of conflict and how it is impacting the team, we may be able to give you better advice. You want to have some levels of conflict on a functional team. That is why you strive to build a team of diverse individuals with a variety of skills and background. The way that conflict is dealt with by the team members will vary.
