Open Assessments: are they up to date

Hello,

I am wondering if all open assessments are up to date. I came across a question concerning the need to add one "process improvement" story (item coming out of a retrospective) in each sprint. The answer on the open assessment is NO, but I read somewhere that this was now a recommendation as of last January in the scrum.org guide. Hence my question about the accuracy of the test.

Yes all open assessments are up-to-date with the 2020 Scrum Guide and that question is accurate with the current guide as well.

Watch out for questions which say this or that must happen or certain practices are mandatory. The Scrum Framework is minimally prescriptive.

Indeed be careful with your understanding of some keywords within the Scrum Guide:

"Must" -> A mandatory element, so it's required.

"Should" -> Recommended, but not mandatory, so optional.
