Scrum = itarative und inremental agile PROCESS?
Hello everyone,
I attended a course as PO preparation about 1.5 years ago in Germany. In this course we got sample questions to practice for the exam.
One question is:
Scrum is an iterative and incremental Agile process.
True or False?
The sample answer is true. I would agree that Scrum is iterative and incremental, but Scrum is not a process. How would you have answered this question?
The Scrum Guide at that time said:
Scrum is a process framework that has been used to manage work on complex products since the early 1990s. Scrum is not a process, technique, or definitive method
Where did this question come from, and what was the authority behind it?
It was a Scrum training to prepare for the PO assessment from an external service provider. So I don't know if the answer is really correct. I would also have chosen FALSE as answer.
