Just got my PSM I. YEEEEY
Hi everyone,
i`ve decided to become a Scrum Master and i got my PSM I (super happy) but i don`t have experience, what can i do to gain some experience? With the situation that is going on for the moment it made all the things 3 times harder...( i decided to become a SM as i have transferable skills).
Please give me some options, rather than this I hope everyone is safe and happy :)
What relevant experience have those transferable skills already given you?
I was in team lead position for 4 years and i was acting as a servant leader for them, i conducted the ceremonies as Scrum dictates (without knowing that is Scrum) and then i became a trainer and delivered qualifications from which i gather more skills on how to approach people in order to make them achieve the main goal.
Hi Ian, i`ve previously acted as a servant leader for my team and conducted the ceremonies (without knowing) and then i became an apprenticeship trainer which develop another set of skills.
When i started to learn about Scrum I got drown into it and now i can`t let it go :) so i`m trying everything i can to start a career.

I'd suggest that Scrum does not, in fact, dictate that you conduct any ceremonies at all.
Why not reflect on the experiences you have gained trying to implement new agile practices in a difficult environment? If you highlight the challenges you have faced in your resume or CV -- and what you have done to help overcome them -- your experiences may resonate with others facing similar difficulties.
