Convergence of Story Points
What can be understood, if the story points of tasks in a Sprint are close to each other? What are your thoughts about it?
Can it be arising from the bad things on the team?
Can you clarify why tasks are being estimated using story points?
Also -- irrespective of the reason -- does this estimation technique allow the team to forecast how much work remains in a Sprint and to evidence good Sprint control? Are the team meeting their Goal each Sprint?
It would be good for the Scrum Team to understand why, and it would probably be good for the Development Team to view its estimation process critically, to see if there is a problem.
But it's also possible that this is a good thing. The Scrum Team might have found a way to size items consistently, which can result in a more stable, and ultimately more predictable workflow.
