Hi All,

I was looking for precise answer when we should use kanban based on the complexity of software development chart and I found a lot of different information.

From scrum master training I learned scrum is the most optimal for complex problem.

So my question is when should be use kanban - for chaotic or complicated problems.

Thank you in advance for the answer!

So my question is when should be use kanban - for chaotic or complicated problems.

Try looking at it the other way around. Are there any of the four domains in which Kanban might not be applied? Is there a domain which would stop WIP from being limited and measurements from being made, for example?
