Scenario -

Based on the Demo session at the end of the Sprint Review meeting, client came up with the list of feedback items ( say 10 items).

How to deal with these 10 feedback items? As the list is long how we should incorporate it into next sprint? Should we give it high priority as its a feedback received directly from Client rather than giving priority to Product Backlog items (which are supposed to be picked up for next sprint) ?

Are those 10 items the 10 next most important things to be delivered?

I'd recommend putting them on the backlog and having the Product Owner work with the Development Team to order them appropriately.

As a PO, one must be very careful not to become a 'yes man' to all of the stakeholders and lose sight of building an optimal product.

@SUMIT AGRAWAL, Isn't the purpose of the Sprint Review to get the feedback and inspect & adapt the Product Backlog?

Why was the demo left until the end of the Sprint Review?
