Nexus and EBM
Does using Nexus or Scrum with a framework like Evidence Based Management help(at least in part) to include teams outside of the product development team or the whole organization OR are these two frameworks not even be used alongside one another to that effect
First of all Nexus is still Scrum. So there is no difference in this if you use Nexus or Scrum. EBM provides you with ways to measure your assumptions. You can only prove your assumptions if the software is installed for the user.
A lot of metrics mentioned in the EBM Guide are usable for the Scrum Team but also people outside the Scrum Team like marketing and management (and others) can use EBM. If you look at Customer Satisfaction or Customer Usage Index are not only useful for the Scrum Team. I can imagine management could be interested in Revenue per Employee. This is for the Current Value. But also the other KVAs are interested for people outside the Scrum Team.

The important thing is to allow dependencies such as these to be visualized and managed. This is something which a Scrum Team would be expected to do regardless of whether or not other frameworks are implemented as well.
