Scrum to Scrumban optioncheck
Hello,
I am looking for some suggestions for moving from Scrum to Scrumban.
PO confirmed that we will not get any new/ enhancement requirements atleast for next 3 months.
As our application is a customer based global site, we will be getting some content changes and occasionally bugs based on customer feedback.
This is like we will not fit into scrum as we do not have feature development and not a continuous flow of tickets to work on for implementing Kanban. Hence, we are thinking of migrating to Scrumban. Can someone please advice on the right approach for this scenario. Thanks in. Advance!

Go to the suggested reference materials. This was designed as a collaboration of scrum.org professionals and some of the biggest names in Kanban. If you want to know how to do it, that is the best starting point in my opinion.
A couple of years ago I wrote a series of articles on this topic and the issues you may need to consider.
