Hello Guys,

I have a question regarding Scum Users which I read in Scrum Guide :

Who are these scrum users and inspectors?

Scrum is used by means of empirical process control. The Scrum Guide says that three pillars uphold every implementation of EPC: transparency, inspection, and adaptation. From your reading of the Guide, who are responsible for the inspection of product and process, and may thus be considered as Scrum users?
