Is SDLC UAT Phase the Sprint Review meeting
In SDLC there was a dedicated phase of UAT where the stakeholders used to actually test the functionality.
In Scrum in every Sprint Review the actual functionality is shown at Sprint Review meeting.
Is other than Sprint Review can the stakeholders test the functionality or they need to go through the functionality during Sprint Review itself.
Thanks!
If the work is not tested by those stakeholders, will the increment meet the Definition of Done and be fit for release?
OK. Do we have to wait for the stakeholders testing till the Sprint Review meeting or it the User story is completed from the development point of view can we give it to testing in the middle of the Scrum.
From my experience before the Sprint Review meeting, acceptance testing is already taken place; so bugs or errors fixing found can be dealt with and otherwise they are put in the PBI
Thanks for the clarity!!
