Are the Developers dependent upon others to finish their work to a usable standard? Is that the synchronization issue? Are they unable to meet the Definition of Done consistently themselves each Sprint?

Maybe there are inconsistencies in backlog item dependencies is causing the synchronization challenge.

In order for me to provide some input, I would need to understand what "sprint data" you are trying to "synchronize".  And also if the data you are trying to synchronize to is from the same team or a different one.

There is not any standard "sprint data" defined anywhere.  So, we would need to know what data is being used by your organization in order to offer up any solutions.

It looks like the issue you're facing with synchronizing sprint data stems from complex dependencies within your backlog items. One approach could be to dive deeper into your backlog management practices. During your backlog refinement sessions, make sure to clearly identify and document any dependencies. Breaking down larger tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces that can be tackled independently might also ease the situation. Using a tool or system to track these dependencies could provide clarity and help manage them more effectively. If the synchronization problems are due to team members waiting on others to achieve the Definition of Done, fostering a culture of cross-skilling and enhancing team collaboration could mitigate these delays. Could you share more about the specific types of dependencies you're dealing with (technical, cross-functional, external)?
