Hi All,

Can change Team members during in the Sprint?

What does the oficial reference for the exam.

It is not recommended to change the team members in the middle of the sprint, but it is allowed and keeping in mind the performance degradation as expected in the current or subsequent sprint (s).

Hi, i am also really interested to know if team members can change during the sprint, for example because one of them has a poor performance, so DT decides to remove him?

If the Development Team believe that this re-organization would help them to meet the Sprint Goal, then yes.
