Hello All,

I read the EBM guide.

It provides details about implementing EBM in organisational level.

I am thinking about implementing EBM in team level.

Is anyone has experience in implementing it in team level? If so, Please share your experiences.

I believe that a Scrum Team will work towards an agile organisations Immediate Tactical Goals, as the PO will incorporate an ITG within their products current Product Goal, which is what a Sprint Goal gets aligned to.

Hi Arunkumar, I would be curious to know more about how you want to leverage EBM at the team level. I can share that we leverage aspects of it such as Key Value Measures within each Key Value Area.

Is the Product Owner thinking about using EBM to optimize value? Perhaps he or she has prior experience of some kind, which has lead to the desire to leverage EBM with this team.
