Delivery Process - how to

Hello. I started describing the delivery process for two Scrum Teams that work on products that share the same frontend components and bakend services. Do you have tips? What should I take into account? Which risks do you see? Thank you so much for any support.

How would those teams visualize their dependencies, and then self-manage them? How would they collaborate on integrating their work, so release-quality increments are provided at least monthly and empirical process control established?
