Hello All,

I am working for dev team where there are 3 developers and 2 QA , And my client see there is lot of flexibility in Kanban with it's six principles.

So client had given instruction to combine the scrum with Kanban and work.

As there are 3 developers do I need pull six tasks in Development column from Ready to Development or

Do I need to bring only 1 task in Development column and bring next task by completing the on-boarded one.

Also, I had planned Sprint Ceremonies.

Can anyone please guide me on this and help in knowing whether I am on track.

First of all, it is the Dev's who pull, not you, since that would more or less be still pushing. Second, the answer to your question can be found in stating the WIP limit.

Also, I had planned Sprint Ceremonies.

Thats the basic first step, did you plan on the HOW and what to get out of it as well?

Check question: do you feel you are equipped to successfully implement Scum and/or Kanban for your team and organization?

Wouldn't it be better if the client focused on value, and left the team's way-of-working to the team itself?
