Multiple projects multiple developers in One Sprint
Hi, I need some assistance. I am a Scrum Master and we are into RPA (Robotics Process Automation) projects. We have a team of 6 developers who work on their own projects. I mean 6 developers 6 projects in one sprint of 2 weeks. Does that makes sense? All are having their own set of tasks to perform within the sprint. Is it really an Agile-Scrum approach?
Thanks.

Manan, is that really a team, or are they a working group? There is a big difference.
Is there any synergy between these 6 projects that promote coordination and accountability to the team as a whole for all work forecast? It is not possible for Scrum to be practiced without a dedicated team that is allowed to self-manage around a single Sprint Goal.
Kanban may be an option for you, but it might still be nothing more than visualizing and tracking work being done by 6 separate specialized individuals.
What is the feedback from this group of individuals regarding Agile? Have they received any Agile training? :Perhaps a discussion around the 12 Agile principles may identify a few things to try out as you begin your Agile journey.
Good luck.

Not really. How is teamwork being demonstrated?
