Showing to executives level a direct connection between agile transformation and organizational success
Dear forum,
We are more than a year into our agile transformation. We have executives sponsorship and good foundation of internal Agile coaches.
In our meetings with executives level we showed local success stories throughout our journey. Now we got to the point that we want to establish a set of metrics to show to executives level that will indicate on a direct connection between the progress of the agile transformation and the organization success.
I'm looking to hear your inputs on this - what can be used based on your real life experience. I'm looking to hear someone that gone through this and can provide a real feedback on what kind of metrics he/she showed to executives level and what their feedback was. I would love to hear on failures as well.
Thanks,
Erez
Did you check out Evidence Based Management? I think this would be great input.
There is a lot of material out there on metrics. I'm looking for someone to share her/his personal experience.
What metrics and measures is the organization currently using at all? Is there a culture of evidence based management?
We have gathered success stories so far, but we didn't set (yet) standard metrics for all to follow. What I'm looking for is someone to share her/his personal expirience will metrics that were used in executives level discussions.
