Hi everyone!

What instruments do you use to check the progress towards the sprint goal? Burndown is not ok - sprint backlog consists of several tasks, but the sprint goal includes only 1-2, for example.

PO doesn't attend stand ups - there are several teams working on 1 product

If the attainment of a Sprint Goal only requires the completion of one or two tasks, how much additional transparency over progress do developers really need? What problem are you actually trying to solve?

What issues (if any) is the Development Team experiencing around Sprint Goal progress?

Is it not transparent to them?   If not, why?

sprint backlog consists of several tasks, but the sprint goal includes only 1-2

Are the tasks sized sufficiently for the developers to understand how much work is remaining? If not, could there be opportunities to slice them into smaller tasks, which may then provide more granularity about how much has been done throughout the sprint?

On a separate point, given that most of the work seems to be about something else, how focused are the team on achieving their Sprint Goal? Is there any impediment that prevents greater focus on a single goal?
