Scrum master or project manager or Agile project manager?
Greetings to Scrum.org community,
I have recently taken up Scrum master role in a project(Software development) which is financed from a external company and additionally the PO for this project is from this company. Before the start of the project I had the responsibility of contract and budget preparation, resource planning and risk calculation. Additionally during the project, I take the effort to help PO by talking with other departments in our company to see if there is any possibilities for bringing more value to the project.
Therefore, I see myself as a Scrum master (servant leader for Scrum team) and project manager (becoz. of contract and budget preparation, resource planning and risk calculation).
As I have seen in lot of forums where they discourage to take SM & PM roles, agile (Scrum) framework there is no PM role, and agile (Scrum) does not tell whose responsibilities contract and budget preparation, resource planning and risk calculation.
Would it be wrong to consider myself as SM and PM? and if yes according to my above mentioned responsibilities which role should I designate myself:
1. SM
2. SM & PM
3. SM & APM
4. APM

I think your role should be named in the way that provides the most transparency about what you do, and what can reasonably be expected of you.
For instance, if your role leads you to behave in a way that is different to what is reasonable for a Scrum Master, it's probably not responsible to simply refer to yourself as a Scrum Master.
Would it be wrong to consider myself as SM and PM? and if yes according to my above mentioned responsibilities which role should I designate myself:
Does your company allow you to select your own job title? Just a thought, but perhaps you should not get hung up on what your job title is, and instead consider whether each of your job responsibilities is helping deliver value to the business?

@Timothy Baffa: My company does not allow, but i would like to know what would be an ideal role/position. May be perhaps i could use it in LinkedIn.
Can you explain why the Product Owner has not taken responsibility for the things you mention? What is the thinking behind that?
@Ian: He does take the responsibility, it is just i take up some voluntary work and i do not pursue as my main work/focus. My majority of my focus is always SM responsibilities.
The other responsibilities such as contracts/budgets/risk/etc. has to be done from my company(myself) and also from external company(PO). And of course other organizational departments help us do this work. These work happend at the beginning of the project so rest of the time my focus is on the team as SM.
