Market Place Reviews
We currently have combined Sprint reviews for all our different products, but the Feedback is so bad it has become pretty useless for the development teams and PO. Recently we started to do a form of market place review where the office based staff can come up to the development rooms and try out changes and discuss them with the team.
The problem now is how do we get people that are not physically in the office to be able to contribute to these meetings?
Any tips/experience or software tools would be gratefully received!!
I guess my first question is why do you have any kind of joined reviews? As you stated, the joint reviews tend to provide feedback that is not very useful. Since you stated "all our different products" it would lead me to believe that you should be doing your reviews as Scrum describes.
If you did your reviews one product at a time, you can include remote workers via video or teleconference so that they can participate. We have found best luck using video conferencing because most of those tools also allow screen sharing so that any demonstration can also be shared with the remote participants.

Why is that the immediate problem? Doesn’t the proven ineffectiveness of attempting a multiple product “review”, which doesn’t work even for those who are in the office, expose the issue which needs to be immediately addressed?
Thanks for the comments -
Regarding the joint review issue: We have many different products but the same stakeholders. This meant that there were many meetings for the same people to attend as well as their own role in the company. This was further complicated by several time zones to deal with. A joint review was a solution to try and give as many people exposure to as many products in one go as possible... But we have now seen that these have just become Progress meetings rather than a Review.
The above is why we thought we should try something different to get better feedback from people. In terms of getting feedback it has been an outstanding success! We are no running a market place review style event for each of the products.
The problem we are trying to get our heads around now is how do we become more inclusive to people outside of the physical office? I would like to get the people out of the office to have the chance to be involved in the same conversations as the ones in the office...
We do have use of 'Teams' which can allow remote users to take control. But it's more the techniques people have used in this situation I am interested in.
