Hi,

New to Agile, so becoming familiar with Discovery, Alpha, Beta (Public/Private) etc....but so I dont continue to develop waterfall, can someone explain how the sprint fits into the Agile Design lifecycle please....am I running timeboxed sprints through each of these phases (Disc, A, B) or does sprint only start after I have some relatively solid User Stories from Alpha?

Thanks

Have you read the Scrum Guide? When a usable, feature-complete increment of release quality is delivered each and every Sprint, how appropriate is it to have phases at all?
