Encouraging a team approach
I'm working with a team where the devs and testers don't act as a single team - there is very much a handover which happens during a sprint. They also report into different managers/orgs - so getting different direction on how they should work, which goes against working as a single scrum team. How might I as a Scrum Master address this?
Is there any indication that the team, such as it is, perceives that they actually have a problem?
What can you do to put better transparency in place, so waste around things like handovers becomes more evident?
