Over his career, he has worked in diverse fields including FinTech, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Energy, Aviation, and Insurance. He has helped more than 100 teams deliver greater value sooner while continuously managing risk exposure.
Sahin specialises in supporting companies to manage their complex products with agility from concept to cash. He assists in building valuable products and resilient, secure, rapidly evolving distributed teams and systems at scale. Some of his notable clients include British Airways, British Petroleum (BP), Admiral, and 10x Future Technologies/JP Morgan Chase.
He has also been a speaker at Lean Agile London in 2022 and 2023.
