I learned some new facilitation techniques that I was not familiar with and had the chance to practice them during the course. I liked the format of the training to allow participants to facilitate the practical exercises themselves. Trainers were great, great real live examples and feedback during the practical exercises.

I recently attended Florin Manolescu's Scrum Master class and had a fantastic experience. The sessions were incredibly enjoyable and very helpful. The PSM training was a great experience! Florin is an excellent trainer. His wide knowledge and experience in work helped to get the theory closer to me.
