Amazing PSPO-A Class with Nils Oud
I recently attended the Professional Scrum Product Owner Advanced Training led by Nils, and it was an excellent experience! Nils possesses deep knowledge of the subject and communicates it in an engaging manner. The two-day training was well-organized, and thanks to the small group of five trainees, we could engage in numerous practical activities that made the content very accessible. At the end of the training, Nils gave us a few recommendations for optimal certification preparation, which were very helpful. I highly recommend this training, and I look forward to booking another course with Nils in the future.

Fantastic training of Product Owner PSPO1 by Nils Oud
I attended the Product Owner PSPO1 training on October 15th & 16th. Nils is a great trainer. He used a lot of real world examples and gave a lot of room for discussions and let participants share their experiences. He completely took us into the world of Scrum and walked us through the framework. He also emphasized how Agile awareness is critical to adapt Scrum and how scrum can be adapted to each organization needs. I came out of the training fully confident that i could apply the concepts in my organization.

Informative & Engaging

Very hands-on PSPO I training
I took the PSPO I training with Nils Oud from AgileVisor. Nils is a great trainer who is very keen to make the course interactive. Many practical tasks in the team helped us to better understand and apply the agile framework. A very important part of the course was that all of the course participants shared their experiences so we could learn form each other. Added on with Nils recommendations and tools and a better understanding of the framework will help us all improving the way we work. Very recommended.

Professional Agile Leadership Essentials training with Nils
I took the training of Professional Agile Leadership Essentials with Nils Oud, the course was very dynamic, the content of the training very useful. Nils shared his own experiences and we were also able to share ours. The most important part of the course for me is that we all share experiences and learn from the others and of course we all hear the guidelines from Nils that help us improve the way we work in our companies.

I attended the Scaling Scrum with Nexus training in July 2024 in Munich with Nils Oud and I am very satisfied. Professional service & well prepared coach!
I attended the course in preparation to the PSPO I exam. The course took place in person in Munich with a small group of people. Everybody had the chance to interact with Nils at all times, ask questions and foster group debates. Nils is very well organised with time management, very clear in explanations and encourages learning through group exercises throughout the two workshop days. The training contents were very useful to successfully pass the exam, which I did the following week after taking some time to review the learning contents and take a couple of mock tests. Very professional service, definitely recommended!

Valuable learnings and insights
I had the opportunity to take the preparation course for Scaled Professional Scrum™ Certification. It was totally worth it. Not only we had valuable learnings and insights from our trainer Nils Oud, who has a vast knowledge on Scrum framework, but also there was great experience exchange between classmates, all of them very qualified. After the training I was able to pass the certification on my first try, and, more importantly, I'm already putting in practice the learnings.

I really liked the experience that Nils brought to the class and shared with us in multiple discussions. I learned a few new frameworks and techniques as well. Being a trainer in my organisation myself, I wondered why the course hasn't included more recent literature yet. But overall it was a useful and interesting experience.

Valuable training
Successfully completed Xebia's PSPO-A training. Nils really speaks from experience and comes with many practical examples. During the training, you will also be well prepared for the assessment. For everybody who wants to dive deeper into the SCRUM framework but without all the theory. An excellent hands-on course where you do exercises with the other attendees. The teacher is more like a medium than a preacher which is good in my opinion.

Great PSPO course with Nils!
I did the PSPO course with Nils Oud from Incrementor and I can highly recommend him as a trainer! Nils is really nice and gave the class in a way that was both understandable and fun. We discussed real-life scenarios and worked on some interesting exercises, and Nils allowed ample time for questions and further discussion. We were also provided with enough resources for further reading in order to complete the exam. Overall, I really enjoyed the course, I learned a lot, and I feel more confident in my role as Product Owner now.

Invaluable tips and advice
The course "Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)" with Nils Oud was very useful as it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.

Excellent training learned a lot of new stuff and successfully passed the assessment. The class contains some theoretical slides, but a big part of it is the discussions that start from these slides and have a lot of applied value, which I found the most useful. Would definitely recommend doing this class with Nils

PSPO I Training by Nils Oud - 23-24.09.2021
The 2-day training I have attended with Nils's class was such valuable experience. It was more like a workshop during which we had done a lot of interactive exercises and little projects. Through these Nils navigated us very proficiently to the key points and take-aways of the PO role and the entire Scrum framework and made us actually ponder over the theory and real-time applications that we could take with us for our future career as product owners. This class also helped with my PSPO exam which I've passed with a very high score:) All I had to do after
class was making sure I absorbed the Scrum Guide and reviewing the things we've discussed during the class. Thanks again for such comprehensive and enjoyable training.

The PAL-E training by Nils Oud ticked all the boxes. The group size (8) was large enough to have some discussion and differing opinions, but small enough to be able to discuss with the entire class. The contents were shared in a structured and constructive manner, while being supportive for areas that needed more or less attention. Nils was open for input and managed to include the individual learning goals during the class.

This was a great class. I was apprehensive about my first remote training course, but Nils is an incredible facilitator and it was a complete success. We were a small group (8 in total) which worked really nicely for group work in pairs or groups of four.

PSPO-A Class with Nils Oud was very interactive and fast.
I joined the PSPO-A Class of Incrementor with trainer Nils Oud.
This training adds a lot of value above other sources that I used to become a better Product Owner. This class is filled with a lot of break outs in smaller teams, which helps to really THINK about the content and learn from others and their companies at the same time. The class was totally 'virtual' but breaking out and coming back went very fast and smooth. Also collaborating on shared digital whiteboards went well.

Informative and well structured SPS online training
The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) training with Nils Oud was my very first online training. I’m happy that I was a part of this course despite my doubts about joining an online training.
The theory was supplemented with practical examples that led to easier understanding and encouraged me and the other participants to actively discuss the topic of the training. No questions remained unanswered.
Nils personally impressed me with his knowledge and his social interaction with all participants.
All in all, I found the training very interesting especially the part where Nils explained how to ensure that dependencies between teams get minimalized. I can’t wait to put this into practice and support my teams as a Scrum Master.
I really enjoyed the training and can recommend it to everyone who is interested in how to work with more than two teams.

Agile Leadership (PAL-E) with Nils Oud
Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.

Was a really good session
Was a really good session. Despite being fully virtual, Nils was able to keep us fully energetic without losing focus on the subject. As an Agile leader, it was nice to learn various techniques & also gain knowledge from experts from different facets of the industry. Overall, I recommend this for anyone pursuing Agile Leadership, or the PAL-I certification.

The training was an excellent learning experience, it helped very much in starting into the PO path and also in clearing the Assessment effectively. I would recommend the training. However it would have been better to cover more of the practical exercises and the class projects mentioned in the material.

I liked the examples and discussions. For me the conclusion was, there is no Right or wrong answer. You always have to decide what works for the situation and the peole involved.

Valuable learnings and insights
I had the opportunity to take the preparation course for Scaled Professional Scrum™ Certification. It was totally worth it. Not only we had valuable learnings and insights from our trainer Nils Oud, who has a vast knowledge on Scrum framework, but also there was great experience exchange between classmates, all of them very qualified. After the training I was able to pass the certification on my first try, and, more importantly, I'm already putting in practice the learnings.

The training was very intense, but also informative and productive and greatly helped me in successfully completing my assessment and get certified.

An experienced trainer
I really liked the experience that Nils brought to the class and shared with us in multiple discussions. I learned a few new frameworks and techniques as well. Being a trainer in my organisation myself, I wondered why the course hasn't included more recent literature yet. But overall it was a useful and interesting experience.

Valuable training
Successfully completed Xebia's PSPO-A training. Nils really speaks from experience and comes with many practical examples. During the training, you will also be well prepared for the assessment. Because of this, I got it right the first time. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone who wants to take their PO skills to the next level.

For everybody who wants to dive deeper into the SCRUM framework but without all the theory. An excellent hands-on course where you do exercises with the other attendees. The teacher is more like a medium than a preacher which is good in my opinion.

Great PSPO course with Nils!
I did the PSPO course with Nils Oud from Incrementor and I can highly recommend him as a trainer! Nils is really nice and gave the class in a way that was both understandable and fun. We discussed real-life scenarios and worked on some interesting exercises, and Nils allowed ample time for questions and further discussion. We were also provided with enough resources for further reading in order to complete the exam. Overall, I really enjoyed the course, I learned a lot, and I feel more confident in my role as Product Owner now.

Excellent Class - Can highly recommend Nils Oud as your PAL-E Trainer
I took the 2 days preparation class for the PAL-E in person. The experience I made with our trainer Nils Oud was outstanding. He was very structured and brought a lot of real world applicable cases to the table that helped me to better understand how to successfully apply an agile leadership to your organisation.
Therefore I can highly recommend Nils for taking him as a trainer for the PAL -E class.

Invaluable tips and advice
The course "Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)" with Nils Oud was very useful as it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.

Nils did a lot of exercices that made us understand the priciple on the fly.
We had alot of discussions which clarified also the methods and principles.
I understood if everybody is following this Scrum way of managing projects in our company we will improve our efficiency immensly.

PSPO I training with Nils Oud
Excellent training learned a lot of new stuff and successfully passed the assessment. The class contains some theoretical slides, but a big part of it is the discussions that start from these slides and have a lot of applied value, which I found the most useful. Would definitely recommend doing this class with Nils

PSPO I Training by Nils Oud - 23-24.09.2021
The 2-day training I have attended with Nils's class was such valuable experience. It was more like a workshop during which we had done a lot of interactive exercises and little projects. Through these Nils navigated us very proficiently to the key points and take-aways of the PO role and the entire Scrum framework and made us actually ponder over the theory and real-time applications that we could take with us for our future career as product owners. This class also helped with my PSPO exam which I've passed with a very high score:) All I had to do after
class was making sure I absorbed the Scrum Guide and reviewing the things we've discussed during the class. Thanks again for such comprehensive and enjoyable training.

PAL-E training by Nils Oud
The PAL-E training by Nils Oud ticked all the boxes. The group size (8) was large enough to have some discussion and differing opinions, but small enough to be able to discuss with the entire class. The contents were shared in a structured and constructive manner, while being supportive for areas that needed more or less attention. Nils was open for input and managed to include the individual learning goals during the class.

This was a great class. I was apprehensive about my first remote training course, but Nils is an incredible facilitator and it was a complete success. We were a small group (8 in total) which worked really nicely for group work in pairs or groups of four.

Well tuned to the participants
There was lots of space for reflection and sharing experiences in addition to the necessary theory. We didn't linger on things that were obvious to all and went in deeper in topics that were of interest to the group.

PSPO-A training by Nils was amazing
The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted.
There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate.
Nils is an excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I can and will recommend it to every PO who will be interested in taking that class.

PSPO-A Class with Nils Oud was very interactive and fast.
I joined the PSPO-A Class of Incrementor with trainer Nils Oud.
This training adds a lot of value above other sources that I used to become a better Product Owner. This class is filled with a lot of break outs in smaller teams, which helps to really THINK about the content and learn from others and their companies at the same time. The class was totally 'virtual' but breaking out and coming back went very fast and smooth. Also collaborating on shared digital whiteboards went well.
Nils Oud does not waste time.

Informative and well structured SPS online training
The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) training with Nils Oud was my very first online training. I’m happy that I was a part of this course despite my doubts about joining an online training.
The theory was supplemented with practical examples that led to easier understanding and encouraged me and the other participants to actively discuss the topic of the training. No questions remained unanswered.
Nils personally impressed me with his knowledge and his social interaction with all participants.
All in all, I found the training very interesting especially the part where Nils explained how to ensure that dependencies between teams get minimalized. I can’t wait to put this into practice and support my teams as a Scrum Master.
I really enjoyed the training and can recommend it to everyone who is interested in how to work with more than two teams.

Great PSPO training by Nils Oud
I attended the PSPO training by Nils Oud which was very well structured, much more comprehensive than I expected and far exceeded my expectations. A very good preparation for the certification from my point of view, but above all very practical with a lot of time for exchange and practical application. I can recommend the training to anyone who wants to learn more about the exciting task of the Product Owner and prepare for the certification. Really enjoyed the class and many thanks, Nils.

Agile Leadership (PAL-E) with Nils Oud
Insightful two days on the subject of Agile Leadership with Nils Oud. Despite a pandemic, Nils managed to provide my colleagues & me with a wonderful workshop exploring the space for agile leaders in our organisation, thus not only preparing us for our (PAL-E) certification with scrum.org, but even more so for the part of our agile journey that still lies ahead. I would highly recommend bringing Nils into your organisation, if you want to start a better dialogue on agile leadership, leaderhsip styles and maturity of leaders in your organisation and many more topics in the space between a leader and self-managing teams.

Was a really good session
Was a really good session. Despite being fully virtual, Nils was able to keep us fully energetic without losing focus on the subject. As an Agile leader, it was nice to learn various techniques & also gain knowledge from experts from different facets of the industry. Overall, I recommend this for anyone pursuing Agile Leadership, or the PAL-I certification.

The training was an excellent learning experience, it helped very much in starting into the PO path and also in clearing the Assessment effectively. I would recommend the training. However it would have been better to cover more of the practical exercises and the class projects mentioned in the material.

I liked the examples and discussions. For me the conclusion was, there is no Right or wrong answer. You always have to decide what works for the situation and the peole involved.
