About Sergey

Sergey has been working in IT area for 19+ years, with experience as a Developer, Project Manager, IT Director, and Scrum Master. He currently works at Alfa Bank as an Scrum master leading Scrum Master community of practice and working with bank leadership team to increase business agility.

He is passionate about helping teams and organizations become a better version of themselves by adopting values of Agile and Scrum and helping them to increase agility and maximize value.

Providing psychological counseling and teaching adults social dances, he discovered that these activities has shared principles with successful agile organization: focus on what’s most valuable, know thyself and constantly adapt.
