Franklyn Geerling

I am an Agile practitioner with a background in software development. I started with programming and later on specialized in gathering, analyzing and specifying requirements. My journey to Agility started in 2009 when I came in touch with eXtreme Programming and I was immediatly hooked. The year after I ran my first sprint as a Scrum Master. Since then, I devoted myself entirely to Agile and Scrum, continuously improving collaboration and connecting people. 

Over the past years I guided many Scrum teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters. I encourage them to explore and find their strengths and weaknesses, so they can utilize their full potential in harmonie. 

I became a Professional Scrum Trainer to spread the word, share the lessons I learned and inspire others to use Scrum as it was meant to be.
